Search the downstream of the specified edge or node, return the edges, nodes and total cost in the downstream.


* Edge ID, such as:336
weightName: Weight field, such as:SMLENGTH
isUncertainDirectionValid: If yes, it means that it's uncertain whether the flow direction is valid, and the analysis will continue when it comes to the uncertain flow direction; if no, it means it's uncertain whether the flow direction is invalid, and the analysis will stop searching along this direction when it comes to the uncertain direction.
