Description:
The location resource. This page simulates the location-allocation analysis through REST interfaces.
The location-allocation analysis is to determine one or more best or optimal location(s) where a facility can be built, so that the facilities can provide services or commodities in the most cost effective way.
The location-allocation analysis is more than a site selection process. It also allocates the demands of the demand points to the service areas of the newly built facilities.

supplyCenters *		Supply center array, which includes the information of a series of supply centers, including supply center IDs, maximum costs, resource ammounts, types, etc., like: [{"nodeID":11,"maxWeight":100,"resourceValue":500,"type":"FIXEDCENTER"},{"nodeID":12,"maxWeight":100,"resourceValue":500,"type":"OPTIONALCENTER"}].
expectedSupplyCenterCount *		Expected number of supply centers.
isFromCenter:		Whether to allocate resources from supply center.
weightName		The wight field name, which indicates the weight field used during network analysis. If not set, the first field in the environment setting will be used.
turnWeightField		Turn weight field name
returnNodeFeatures:		true indicates the collection of the node features is included.
