Add data |
Click the icon in the toolbar to bring up the Add Data dialog box. iEarth WebApp provides the five ways to add data as follows:
Select the "Public Services" tab lists the public scene resources published by SuperMap Online (https://www.supermapol.com), It includes fine model data (Beijing CBD, oil stations), tilt photography 3D model data (Sophia Church), terrain image data (Everest terrain image), BIM data (BIM buildings), point cloud data, MVT data (Beijing-Tianjin MVT), and white model data (Chongqing white model). Click on any scene thumbnail and the camera will fly to the location of the layer and display the 3D scene. At the same time, you can view the list of layers added to the scene through the icon in the toolbar, control the visibility, or hover to the specified layer and click on the icon that appears on the right side of the panel to remove the layer.
Select the Customize Service tab to load layers or scenes from the 3D scene services published by SuperMap iServer via URL addresses (for an introduction to data and layers in 3D scenes, see Data and Layers in 3D Scenes).
Select the layer type. The iEarth WebApp supports the following types of layer services:
Note: S3M Layer Service, i.e. Spatial 3D Model Layer Service, is used by iEarth WebApp to load 3D model data such as inclined photographic model, BIM model, fine model, point cloud and so on through S3M Layer Service. It supports to save S3M model layer attribute settings.
Select "Local Data" supports uploading local KML format data as layers to be added to the scene.
Select the "Online Base Map" tab, and a list of online base maps will be listed. By default, 3D Earth WebApp uses its own image basemap, and also supports the following online basemap services, which you can choose according to your needs.
A mouse click on any basemap displays a scene based on that basemap.
Select "Online Terrain" tab, it will list SuperMap Online Terrain, SkyMap Terrain and STK Terrain, you can choose as you need.
Selecting "STK Online Terrain" will load STK terrain service.
Select the My Services tab lists the service resources created by the current user; only 3D scene services can be added to the scene as layers. Mouse over the selection box of a service entry to see if it can be added; click to select the service that can be added, then click the OK button to fly the camera to the layer location and display the 3D scene.
