The license information is listed on the License tab in iServer Web Manager. Listed information includes license status, module availability, and some other additional information about the license.

Reclaiming Service Distribution License

All the editions of SuperMap iServer 8C(2017), including standard, advanced and professional, suppport Service Distribution Extension Module. One service distribution license of SuperMap iServer can be remotely licensed for two set of SuperMap iEdge, and all authorized iEdge offers full functionality. At the same time, iServer offers a service distribution license recovery feature that reclaims authorization for iEdge.

The usage is as follows:

  1. After you have purchased the Service Distribution Extension Module, you can Activate license to configure this mudule.
  2. iEdge requests authorization from the iServer which has configured a service distribution license. For details, refer to "Authorize license by iServer".
  3. After the application successes, "Service Distribution License reclaiming" under iSever Manager>License shows the authorized iEdge address list, time and "Reclaim" button.
  4. When the authorization of iEdge is reclaimed, the iEdge can not continue to use. You need to reconfigure the license or apply for authorization.

Cloud License information

When iServer configures cloud license, the license info page displays the cloud license status, configured licenses, license status, module availability, additional information, etc. In addition, in this page you can also switch the cloud license mode, and log off the current sso account, etc. For details, refer to Cloud license.
